Julie Tourangeau, a bestselling author and second-generation State Farm Agent, has a strong connection to her hometown of downtown Rochester in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She attended Stoney Creek High School and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Oakland University.
