But then Julie Tourangeau took over the office and has a team that is super helpful. They explained the health care coverage changes, when I wanted to go over my vehicle coverage, and this last time I called wondering is my homeowners coverage what I wanted. Sarah immediately spotted the coverage I added years ago in one category could be expanded to all my policies, giving me the extra coverage, a lot of extra coverage on everything, that didn’t raise my premiums. "About a month or so after purchasing a contract for renters insurance I was informed that I was in breach of contract for not having insurance. Long story short, Julie's office never filed the paperwork, and after having to deal with that they just tacked on an extra month because they had to rewrite the contract which will now go over the lease. Throughout this ordeal I called a few times, and every time the person I talked with had to put me on hold for every single question I asked and seemed to have no clue what they were doing... Which explains the outcome, I suppose. Edit -added a star: after posting, clarification was provided as to the minutiae of the error. The office reactively addressed aforementioned concerns."
