ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a full-time sales account representative for Julie Tourangeau's State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Agency aspirant potential. This is a base plus commission structure with high volume marketing provided to ensure your success. Starting hourly wage before commission is $15/hour. Uncapped income potential but new producers historically fall between 50-70k their first year based on our internal commission payout reports. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prospect for new business with both outside and inside sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be licensed in Michigan Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance, or willing to get licensed.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
